Arunachal Pradesh Police announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed 10th, 12th for the position of Head Constable.

Other Qualification Details:

1. Post Name & Pay: 

Head-Constable (T) - 161, Head-Constable (RT) - 17 - Scale of Pay Level-4 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.25,500 -81,100).

2 .Physical Standards:

General - Height (Male - 165 cm, Female - 157 cm) & APST - Height (Male - 160 cm, Female - 152) & APST Tirap / ChanglanglLongding - Height (Male / Female - 152 cm) & Chest (For male candidates only) - Normal - 79 cms (Minimum) & Expanded - 84 cms (The minimum expansion capacity should not be less than 5 cms)

3.Qualification:

a .HC (Telecom) is Class X (ten) Passed or equivalent with (Subject) English, Mathematics and General Science

b. For HC (RIT) is Class XII passed for Non-APST or equivalent with (Subject) Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Class X passed for APST with (Subject) Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

c. Desirable: - Diploma holder in Radio Telecommunication and Electronics

Age: The age of candidate should be between 18 to 24 years for the post of H / C (T) and 18 to 28 years for the post of H / C (RT) as on 01-01-2018. Relaxation of upper age limit for APST is given up to maximum of 5 (five) years

Application Fee: Treasury challan of Rs. 10 / - for APST candidates & Rs.40 / - for General candidates, in favor of Assistant General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account "0055" Police, should be also enclosed.
